Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to coffeysystems.com and the digital products and support services offered by Coffey Systems. Payments, account creation, digital delivery, and parts of customer support are provided through Whop. Whop handles information under its own privacy policy as an independent service provider and platform operator.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, message, order details, and any files or information you choose to send. When you buy through Whop, Whop provides us with the customer and transaction information needed to deliver the product, verify access, provide support, prevent fraud, and administer refunds.

Information collected automatically

Our product landing page uses Meta Pixel, Whop analytics, and Google Analytics 4. These tools may receive information such as your browser and device type, IP-derived location, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, purchase-funnel actions, advertising identifiers, and URL parameters such as UTM tags or a Meta click identifier (fbclid). Coffey Systems also uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for anonymous, aggregated site usage and performance measurement without third-party analytics cookies. We do not place Meta, Whop, or Google marketing tags on these legal pages.

3. How we use information

• provide, secure, and support our digital products;
• process purchases and refunds through Whop;
• measure landing-page and advertising performance;
• attribute visits and purchases to advertising campaigns;
• detect fraud, abuse, and technical problems;
• communicate about an order or support request; and
• comply with law and enforce our agreements.

4. How information is disclosed

We disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate the business, including to:

• Whop, which processes checkout, payments, customer access, digital delivery, messaging, refunds, and dispute resolution;
• Meta, which receives event data from Meta Pixel and may use it for advertising measurement, attribution, audience creation, and ad delivery under Meta's terms;
• Google, which provides Google Analytics 4 measurement for the landing page and may process event data under Google's terms;
• Vercel, which hosts coffeysystems.com, processes normal server and security logs, and provides anonymous Web Analytics and site-performance measurement;
• professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, or complete a business transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money. Use of Meta's advertising tools may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out on our Privacy Choices page.

5. Advertising and privacy choices

Meta Pixel, Whop analytics, Google Analytics 4, Vercel Web Analytics, and Speed Insights load unless your browser sends an enabled Global Privacy Control signal or you have stored an opt-out choice on this browser. Your selection is stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser storage or using another device may require you to set the choice again.

To opt out of future advertising and analytics tags on this site, visit Privacy Choices. You may also adjust your Meta account's ad preferences. Our opt-out does not control data already held by Whop or Meta, their separate websites, or other businesses.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including customer access, support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and rely on established providers for hosting and payment processing.

7. Your U.S. privacy rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of certain personal information; to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; and to appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Submit a request to support@coffeysystems.com. We may need to verify your identity and request. If Whop or Meta controls the information, we may direct you to that provider.

8. Children

Our products and website are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
