2. Products and educational purpose

Coffey Systems provides educational information, planning frameworks, worksheets, and other digital materials. Our certification-preparation products are exam-neutral study aids. They are not official exam materials, professional advice, leaked questions, an endorsement by any certification body, or a substitute for learning the subject matter.

Our puppy-care products provide general education for owners. They are not individual veterinary or behavior care, and they are not a substitute for advice from your veterinarian or a qualified behavior professional about your animal.

We do not promise or guarantee any score, certification, employment result, promotion, income, animal behavior, or other outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your background, effort, resources, circumstances, and, for pet products, your individual animal.

3. Purchase and delivery through Whop

Checkout, payment processing, account access, digital delivery, messaging, and refund administration are provided through Whop. You must also comply with Whop's applicable terms. Prices and included materials are those shown at checkout when you purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate account and payment information and for keeping your Whop account secure.

4. Limited personal license

After valid payment, Coffey Systems grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial use. No ownership rights are transferred.

You may download and print a reasonable number of copies for your own use. You may not share account access; copy or distribute the materials to others; upload them to a shared drive, marketplace, or AI training dataset; resell, sublicense, publish, translate, or create competing derivative products; remove ownership notices; or use the materials for commercial teaching without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website or products, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automated means to extract protected content, violate another person's rights, or use the materials for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, chargeback abuse, or misuse. Termination for breach does not require a refund.

If you are not satisfied, submit a request through your Whop order, Whop's Resolution Center, or support@coffeysystems.com within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. 7. Intellectual property

The website, product text, worksheets, branding, design, and other materials are owned by Coffey Systems or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property laws. "Coffey Systems" and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the website and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free files, compatibility with every device, or any particular result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Coffey Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or exam-related losses arising from the website or products. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Coffey Systems for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Coffey Systems from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website or products, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@coffeysystems.com and attempt an informal resolution for 30 days. Any claim not resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in North Carolina, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

12. General terms

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may assign it as part of a reorganization, financing, or sale. These terms and the policies they incorporate are the entire agreement concerning the website and products.
